Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Why can't I see my steps or workout data?
Make sure you have granted all necessary permissions in Apple Health (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android) and that your third-party apps are syncing data to these platforms.
- How do I connect my wearable device?
Use the device's official app to sync data to Apple Health or Google Health Connect. See the instructions above for Fitbit, Samsung Health, and Strava.
- Can I use Tempo Health on both iOS and Android?
Yes, Tempo Health supports both platforms. Data must be synced to Apple Health on iOS or Google Health Connect on Android.
- Is my health data private?
Tempo Health only accesses data you permit and does not share your health information with third parties.
- What if my app or device isn't listed?
If your app or device can sync with Apple Health or Google Health Connect, your data should appear in Tempo Health. If you need help, contact support.
- Why aren't my steps up to date?
Step data may be delayed depending on how Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or your device/app reports data to the API. Most platforms send data in batches, so it may take some time for the latest steps to appear in Tempo Health. Wait a few minutes and try refreshing the app.
